Pre-Orders

A pre-order applies when incoming stock hasn’t yet reached our fulfilment center. You can still place your order and we will ship it as soon as the items arrive. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• International delivery (outside the EU) usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and customs procedures.

Shipping Rates

All prices are shown in EUR and are automatically converted into your local currency at checkout.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

For extra peace of mind, you can add Shipping Protection at checkout:

• Guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier.
• If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders.
• Add Shipping Protection during checkout for a small fee.
